Olive DarraghOlive Darragh, CEO

Olive is the founder and CEO of Zolio, Inc. She has 20 years experience in the asset management industry with a focus on strategic growth and talent management. This includes 6 years as a partner at Tudor Investment Corp. where she led Strategy and Talent Management and worked extensively on portfolio management recruiting. Prior to that, Olive spent 13 years as a consultant with McKinsey & Company where she was elected Director/Senior partner in 2001. At McKinsey she founded and led the firm’s global asset management practice. Olive graduated with first class honors from the University of Edinburgh, holds a CPA, and has her MBA from Harvard Business School.


 Ted HayesTed Hayes, Ph.D.

Ted takes the lead on Zolio’s proprietary profile design and metric analyses. Ted is currently an adjunct assistant professor at George Washington University specializing in selection system development. He was also a Senior Research Director for 7 years with The Gallup Organization and has worked as a psychologist in the field of screening and selection for the Transportation Security Administration, U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service, and various financial services firms. Ted holds a BA in psychology from John Hopkins and a PhD in I/O Psychology and Psychometrics from Rice University.


Anselm McClainAnselm McClain

Anselm is the lead developer for Zolio and a partner at Extremely Heavy Industries, a software consultancy for modern web application development. Anselm has worked with enterprise technology for over a decade. He has built dynamic web applications for clients ranging from well-established corporate firms and hedge funds to new consumer-focused start-ups. He specializes in data-rich interfaces that leverage the latest web technologies. Anselm holds a BA from Williams College.


Anna Schuchmann

Anna takes the lead on Zolio’s educational content. Anna has 20 years experience in knowledge management, content review and dissemination. She spent 5 years in the private banking arm of Credit Suisse in Switzerland, 10 years as the head of the North American Banking and Securities Practice for McKinsey & Company, and the last 7 years consulting to various financial services firms. She holds a BA in Political Economies from the University of California, Berkeley.
